He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Mattingly and Anna Mattingly; and his sister Anna Deel. He is survived by: his siblings, Jimmy Mattingly (Becky), Dorothy Seymour (David) and Rose Sowder (Dennis). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
