She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Raymer and Flossie White Raymer; her husband William Collins Jr.; her son Gary Wayne Collins; and her siblings, Edward, D. Raymer and Shirley Haynes.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Harrell (Darrell) of Leitchfield, Yvette Etheridge (Vincent) of Elizabethtown, KY, Billy Collins (Tracey) of Leitchfield and Jeff Collins (Vickie) of Lancaster, KY; her sister Doris Cruze (Dewey); and her sister-in-law Margalene Raymer. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
