He is survived by: his wife Vicki Southall Douthitt; his stepchildren, Bradley Monahan (Samantha) of Murray, KY and Jeanette Wheeler (Mandy) of Louisville; his grandsons, Daniel Wheeler and Jack Monahan; his siblings, Allen, Terry Douthitt, Linda Brooks and Brenda Simpson; and his close friends, Ricky Miller, Louie and Pickles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
