She is survived by: her children, Shannon Harp (Albert Sims) of Leitchfield, Paula Smallwood (Seth) of Leitchfield and Cortlen Trenton Hodge of Leitchfield; her grandchildren, Brittnie Harp (Kyle Pleasant), GarRhett Stinnett and Jeremiah Smallwood; her siblings, Terry Stinnett (Regina) of Millwood, KY, Sandy White (Darrell) of Leitchfield, Patricia Montgomery of Leitchfield and Karen Hardin of Leitchfield; and her former husband Cortlen Hodge of Leitchfield.
