It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Lynn Tate of Leitchfield, Kentucky, who passed away on March 9, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Jean Waddlington Tate and Edward Clifford "Pete" Tate; and her siblings, Ronald "Doodle" Tate, Edward "Junior" Tate and Brenda Gail Galloway.
She is survived by: her children, Kiona Michelle Tate, Joshua Glenn Tate (Alison) and David Jason Clarkson Tate; and her grandchildren, Felicia Dawn Brown, Tristan Lee Brown, Chantel Marie Blakeman, Kevin, Keri, Rosalynn and Anastasia Jarvis.
