He is survived by : his mother Hazel Nash Hack; his daughters, Kassie Decker (Jonathan) and Candi Saltsman; his stepdaughter Delta Gulley (Doug); his siblings, Kathy Hack and Robert Hack; his close friend Lynda Patterson; and his grandchildren, Ally, Connor, Sawyer and Lexi. He is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren.
