He was predeceased by: his parents, Brady Blair and Stella Elam Blair; and his siblings, Bernard Blair, Barbara Faye Polk, Josephine Blair, Bernice Caudill and Jeri Lynn Blair.
He is survived by: his wife Carmen Gail Hampton Blair; his sisters, Dorothy "Gid" Ison of Blackey and Ruth Price of Blackey; and his pets, Claire, Joey, Teddy and Nubbs.
