He is survived by : his wife Rita Blake Casey of Lewisburg; his sons, David Casey and Joey Casey of Nashville, TN; his sisters, Jolene Adler of Lewisburg, KY and Joyce Hardison of Lewisburg, KY; and his grandchildren, John David Casey and Jacqueline Casey.
