He is survived by : his wife Rachel Blake of Lewisburg; his son David Blake (Sheena) of Lewisburg; his stepsons, Wesley and Brian Barlow of McKenzie, Tennessee; his brother Frank Blake of Lewisburg; and his great grandchild Madelyn Cook.
