He was predeceased by : his parents, Buford Sullivan and Catherine Mangum Sullivan. He is survived by : his wife Mary Hasken Sullivan; his daughters, Laura Catherine Sullivan of Russellville, KY and Theresa Dawn Sullivan of Frankfort, KY; his sister Barbara Catherine Sullivan of Greenwood, MS; and his grandchildren, Lucian Kain Mallory of Russellville, KY and Alastair Ewan Mallory of Russellville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
