It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph Basham of Lewisport, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 8, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Basham and Georgia Stephens Basham; his son Roger Leo Basham; his children-in-law, Cindy Basham and Fred Goodwin; and his brothers, Stephen, Richard, Howard and Ebert Basham.
He is survived by : his wife Eileen Hagan Basham; his children, Donna Bryant (Bob Daniels), Steve Basham (Sherry), Jan Goodwin, Martil Basham, Sheila Estes (Dan), Shelby Basham (Sherry) and Scott Basham (Rhonda); and his sisters, Mary Lambert, Bernadine Dean (Tony) and Lila Ray (Leonard). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; several step grandchildren and several step great grandchildren.
