He is survived by : his wife Joyce Taylor; his son Victor Taylor (Elaine); his grandchildren, Savannah Taylor, Sarah Taylor, Katelyn Taylor and Zoe Tayor; and his sister Susan Lynn Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
