It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Spencer Adkins (Lewisport, Kentucky), who passed away on September 4, 2019, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Spencer Adkins to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by : his wife Susan Bartlett Adkins; his children, Kim Adkins Payne (Rusty) and Jeremy Adkins (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Jacey Brooks, Justin Brooks, Hannah Adkins, Owen Adkins and Beau Adkins; and his siblings, Lisa Adkins, Jerry Adkins, Brian Adkins (Velma) and Todd Adkins (Jenny). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
