It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Delois e Wade of Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on March 11, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Catherine Delois departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Catherine Delois may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Catherine Delois leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Howard Wade; her parents, Foster Abbott and Marie Abbott; and her brothers, William and Wilton Abbott.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Hall, Jr. (John), Kathy Courtney (Ronnie), Bruce Hall and Randall Hall (Sherry); and her sister Carolyn Parnell. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
