He is survived by: his parents, Freddie Hicks of Winchester and Susan Kirk (Ron) of Lexington; his grandson Landon Miers; his brother Brian; his sister-in-law Karen Hicks of Stamping Ground, Kentucky; and his nephews, Klay Hicks and Gage Hicks. He is also survived by his daughter and parents.
