She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Applegate and Jennie Lou Applegate; and her son Andrew Eubanks. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Stoops (Dean), Virginia Douglas (Don), Ruth Spencer (Gilly), Teri Kelly (Chris) and Delena Spencer; and her brother Tom Applegate (Linda). She is also survived by six grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hospice or World Wildlife Fund.
