He was predeceased by: his spouse Happy Arnold Lowe; his parents, Jesse Lowe and Jewell Farrow Lowe; and his brothers, Jesse Lowe Jr. and Bobby Lowe.
He is survived by: his son Kent Lowe (Judy); his grandsons, Ed Lowe (Stephanie) and Ryan H. Lowe (Bryn); and his great grandchildren, Robbins B. Lowe, Landry K. Lowe, Griffin H. Lowe and Judith Hunter Lowe.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
