It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances I. Mattingly (Lexington, Kentucky), who passed away on October 4, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Elliott Brown, Debbie Kidd, Eric Shipley and Lisa Mattingly. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great- grandchild; and 1 sister.
