She is survived by: her sons, Jim and Dr. John Cummins (Bridget); and her grandchildren, Marlene McLaughlin (Pete), Martha Haynes (Scottie), Lauren Cummins, Michelle Ford, Kelsey, Travis, Tori, Ashley McLaughlin, Megan, Zachary (Katie) and Maddie Haynes.
