As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jean Brent may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cassell Warren and Genevieve Kelly Warren of Lexington. She is survived by: her husband Rudy Yessin; her son Brent Warren Yessin; her granddaughter Kelly Brent Rushton (Ward); and her great grandchild James Edward Yessin Rushton of Dallas.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Milward Funeral Directors (159 N Broadway, Lexington, KY 40507). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
She was active in the Episcopal Church in Frankfort, the DAR, Red Cross, and chaired the Central Kentucky Kidney Foundation for many years.
