We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2021, at the age of 95, Jewell Smith of Lexington, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her spouse W. F. Smith; her parents, Roy Wells and Ruby Wells (Jenkins); and her son Gary. She is survived by : her sister Marjorie Wells Moore. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In accordance with CDC guidelines, face masks are required and social distancing will be observed at the funeral home.
