She was predeceased by : her parents, Virgil Harp and Betty McCoy Harp; and her husband Lawrence Lewis. She is survived by : her daughters, Ruthann Smith (Shane) of Harrodsburg and Melissa Baker (Shane) of Danville; and her grandchildren, Dennie "Tiffine" Martin of Junction City, Chastity Martin (Josh) of Somerset, Tyler Thomas (Paige) of Harrodsburg, Zachery Thomas (Amanda) of Junction City, Mason Baker of Danville and Seth Baker of Danville. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
