She is survived by : her mother Naomi Burklow Hughes; her sons, David Armstrong (Shelley) and Jon Armstrong (Emily); her grandchildren, Matthew Paul Armstrong and Alexandra Ell Armstrong; her nephews, Brad Myers (Hannah) and Andrew Myers (Stephanie); and her brother-in-law Tom Myers. She is also survived by extended family and forever friends.

A graveside service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Odd Fellows Cemetery (805 W Center St, Madisonville, KY 42431).
