She was predeceased by : her husband Roger Leigh Mulloy, Jr.; and her son Stephen Lindsay Mulloy. She is survived by : her sons, Roger Leigh Mulloy III (Jan) and Thomas Russell Mulloy (Gloria); her grandchildren, Michael Paul Mulloy, Lindsey Mulloy Heird (Robert), Stephanie Mulloy Mastin (Courtney), Jeffrey Sawyer Mulloy (Whitney), Laura Parks Mulloy, Stephen Ryan Mulloy, Matthew Turner Mulloy and Thomas Daniel Mulloy; and her great grandchildren, Lesley Woosley, Erin Lilly, Marie Sparks, Vanessa Purdy and Ella Vaughn.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass 1733 Harrodsburg Rd., Lexington, KY 40504.
