We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2020, at the age of 82, Otto Kaak M. D. (Lexington, Kentucky), born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Irmgard Kaak; and his daughter Jennifer Anne Kaak. He is survived by: his siblings, Eleanor Lafrentz of Burr Ridge, IL and Howard Kaak of Jackson, MI. O; his wife Kay; his children, David Otto Kaak (Victoria) of Stamping Ground, KY and Kirsten Marie Adair (Rance) of Lexington, KY.; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Ransom Adair, Emily Kay Adair, Ainsley Marie Adair, Nicholas Edward Kaak and Ella Caroline Kaak.

In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to The Lexington Singers, P.O. Box 23002, Lexington, KY 40523, Bluegrass Hospice, or Catholic Charities.
