He is survived by : his daughter Cindy Carroll; his stepchildren, David Smith (Sara) and Eddie Dean (Pam); his grandchildren, Tyler Carroll, Sean Carroll, Sierra Combs, Hailey Stephens, Abby Stephens, Drew Stephens, Josh Dean, Miranda Page, Varl Lee Dean, Molly Smith and Ella Smith; and his great grandchildren, Fynn Dean, Emma Page and Ryder Dean.
