She is survived by : her husband Elmer Johnson; her sons, Donovan Johnson of Gahanna, OH and Kevin Simmons Johnson of Galveston, Texas; her grandchildren, Duran and Savanna Johnson; her siblings, James White (Mayme) of Stockbridge, GA, Tyrone White of Covington, GA, Terry White of Lexington and Jonuse Wilson of Lexington; her aunts, Virginia Logan of Lexington, Sara King of Lexington, Mildred Garrett of Cincinnati, OH and Marietta McLemore of Dayton, OH; and her uncle William Frankilin of Augusta, GA. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church (552 Ash St, Lexington, KY 40508).
