He was predeceased by: his parents, James Goins and Mary Goins (Carroll); his grandmother Ortha Carroll; and his niece Terra. He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Rachael, Phillip, Zach and Rachel; his sister Cindy Johnson; his niece Emma; and his uncle Gale Carroll.
