She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack and Beulah Ball Carver of Ceredo; her son Ricky A. Plymale; her granddaughter Katherine A. Plymale; and her siblings, Julia Ann Mannon and Billy Jack Carver.

She is survived by : her husband Richard A. Plymale; her daughter Lisa J. Jennings (John); her grandchildren, Sarah E. Pank (Matthew) and Grant A. Leedy (Lauren); and her great grandchildren, Carver M. Pank, Cooper A. Pank, Kalen Finley and Kamryn Finley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Fort Gay High School Memorial Scholarship Fund at Marshall University, Huntington, W.Va. or Hospice of The Bluegrass, Lexington, KY.
