With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chelsea Nicole Brown of Liberty, Kentucky, born in Danville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 10, 2023 at the age of 23. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her parents, Tina Louise Luttrell Brown of Liberty and Richard Eugene Brown; her grandparents, Rebecca Wilson of Liberty, One and Danny Luttrell (Billye) of Liberty, One; and her siblings, Anna Brown of Liberty and James Brown of Liberty.

In Lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Bartle Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
