Banks II of Little Cowan, Mary Richardson (Marty) of Little Cowan and Amanda Galer (Tyler) of Ludlow, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Ashley Holland (Brandon), Nicole Banks Davis, Haley Sizemore, Katie Galer and Kyle Galer; his great grandchildren, Makayla, Sophie Grace Holland and Hallie Davis; and his sister Christine Dale Gatton (Bob) of Knoxville. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
