It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Dean Dukes in Livingston, Kentucky, who passed away on February 3, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Everett Hale and Kathleen Hale; her son Greg Smith; and her grandson Curtis Smith. She is survived by : her husband James Wilford "Bill" Dukes; her sons, Everett Smith Jr. and Jeffrey Smith; her siblings, Louis Hale (Janet) and Betty Lloyd; and her grandchildren, Duell Smith, Tyrell Smith and Terrin Smith.
