He is survived by: his daughters, Beverly Johnson (Gregory) of Hurricane, WV, Marie Woods (Leonard) of Richmond, KY., Bonnie Underwood (Paul) of Flatwoods, KY. and Connie Bush of Load, KY; his brother Clyde Bush (Gracie) of Raceland, KY.; and his grandchildren, Caleb, Christopher Woods, Hunter Underwood, Trinity Riffitt (Adam), Step, Rain and Matthew Johnson.
