She is survived by : her mother Loraine Roark Hubbard; her children, Victoria Watkins (Mitchell) of West Port and Brandon Johnson (Mary) of Monticello, KY; her stepfather Doc of Manchester; her brothers, Carl Eugene Tipton Jr. (Beth Ann) of Anderson and Wesley Wayne Hubbard of Manchester, KY; her grandchildren, Ezra Watkins, Isabelle Watkins, Asuna Johnson and Cirilla Johnson; her fiancé Stephen Pennington; and her stepdaughter Amanda Kaye Johnson of Indiana.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Britton Funeral Home (27 Old Hwy 421, Manchester, KY 40962). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
