She is survived by : her husband Tommy Blair Sr.; her children, Tommy Blair Jr. of Manchester, KY, Mark Blair (Bridget) of London, KY, Troy Blair (Donna) of Pittsburg, KY, Melissa Melton (Ray) of London, KY and Jamie Blair (Ashley) of East Bernstadt, KY; her sisters, Carol Gill, Myrtle Spivey and Doris Leuellen; her grandchildren, Tyler Craig, Jessica Blair Combs, Travis Blair, Joshua Blair, Brooke Melton, Thomas Melton, Emily Melton and Liam Blair; and her great grandchildren, Camden Craig, Payton Blair and Kiara Blair. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
