He is survived by: his wife Patsy Ruth Riggs (Osborne); and his siblings, Johnny Riggs of Hodgenville, Kentucky., Carlie Riggs of Hodgenville, Kentucky., Earl Riggs of Hodgenville, Kentucky., Mary Edith Hood of Willisburg Kentucky and Patricia Riggs of Lebanon Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
