She was predeceased by : her husband Raymond Lewis; her children, Katie Couch, James Lewis, Edward Lewis and Lawrence Lewis; her parents, Ballard Howard and Lizzie Howard; and her son-in-law William L. Jones.
She is survived by : her children, Betty Jones of London, Kentucky, Theo Lewis (Doris) of London, Kentucky, Ulysses Lewis of London, Kentucky and Raymond Lewis Jr. (Barbara) of London, Kentucky; her siblings, Earn Howard and Bob Howard; and her children-in-law, Wilkie Couch, Nora Lewis and Amanda Lewis. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren, and fourteen great-great grandchildren.
