She is survived by: her son Ernest Goforth (Angela Jane) of London; her brother Cecil Carl Allen (Patricia) of Pittsburg, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Ryan Lee Goforth, Amber Gwinn (Jacob), Brianna Setzer (Owen), William Bradley McFadden (Angel), Sierra Parms (Jonathan), Desiree Cathers (Brad) and Melissa Proffitt; and her great grandchildren, Blakelyn Gwinn, Willow Gwinn, Brekken Gwinn, Junior Ipock, Allison Goforth, Isabella Goforth, Amelia Faye McFadden, Jeremiah Waters, Jala Gabbard, Maverick Gabbard, Carson Liford and Colton Liford.
