She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Lynn Turner of London, KY and Anita Frazier (Danny) of London, KY; her grandchildren, Dawn Marie Lease, Bryan Keith Johnson, David Turner, Adriane Manes, Alyssa Lansaw, Adalee Frazier, William Russel Turner and John Frazier; and her great grandchildren, Cadence, Kennedy, Lexi, Jacob, Ally, Emily, Graham, Bailey, Tori, Matthew and Adison.
