She is survived by : her husband Eddie Clark; her parent Paschal; her children, Robert Clark (Renee) of Loretto, Melanie Clark (Kasey Smith) of Lebanon and Blake Clark (Casie) of Bardstown; and her grandchildren, Blair Smith, Tyler Mattingly and Freddy Mattingly. She is also survived by four brothers.
