He is survived by : his wife Phyllis Tobe Cissell; his children, Michael Cissell of Loretto, Shannon Duvall (Jonathan) of Queenstown, Renee Kaminski (Mike) of Lebanon, Cara Brahm of Lebanon and Terri Voils of Bardstown; his son-in-law Chris Filiatreau (Pam) of Bardstown; his stepchildren, Paula Eckert (David) of Louisville, Rick Tobe (Kristin) of Louisville and Kevin Tobe of Miami, Florida; his grandchildren, Bayly Cash (Semie), Taylor Cissell, Abbi Cissell, Laurel Brahm, Ava Duvall, Avery Voils, Sawyer Filiatreau (Colleen), Nick Kaminski, Braydon Cissell, Will Kaminski, Archie Duvall and Leo Voils; his stepgranddaughters, Madeline and Grace Tobe; his great grandchild Breon Cash; his siblings, Anna Catherine Spalding (Bob) of Loretto, Jane Spalding (Gene) of Loretto, Mary Lynn Lyvers (Brad) of Bardstown, Philip Cissell (Diane) of Shepherdsville, Frankie Cissell (Nancy) of Bardstown and Johnny Cissell (Linda) of Loretto; and his nephews, Matthew Cissell, Robbie Cissell, Drew Cissell, Jeremy Lyvers, Billy Moore and Cole Cissell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
