He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Bartley Thomas; his children, Sharon Hill (Martin) of Bardstown, Lee Thomas (Frankie Carey) of Covington, Scott Thomas (Pam) of Cox, Creek Thomas and Brian Thomas (Gwen Coulter) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Morgan Hill, Austin Hill, Brooke Brown, Caitlin Thomas, Gerrit Thomas, Haley Devine, Brittany Reid and Landon Thomas; his sister Mary Ann Buckalew of Covington; and his niece Brandi Pelphrey of Dacula.
