He is survived by: his wife Carlene Mattingly; his daughters, Regina Hood (Michael) of Springfield, Amanda O'Bryan (Jody) of Bardstown and Kathy Lyvers (Jason) of Loretto; and his siblings, Joyce Hammond (Hugh) of Lebanon and Carl Mattingly (Lisa) of Loretto.
