She is survived by: her husband Donnie Votaw; her children, Jeremy Votaw of Loretto, Jessica Hayden (Curtiss) of Lebanon and Jackie Wohner (Freddy) of Lebanon; her siblings, John Owen Thomas Jr. (Catherine) of Lebanon, Mike Thomas (Beverly) of St. Peters, Missouri, Ann Brussell of Bardstown, Cheryl Douglas (Dick) of Anchorage, Jackie Kern (Greg) of Lebanon and Terri Cox (John) of Lebanon; and her grandchildren, Alexis Hayden, Aleaha Hayden, Dillon Wohner and James Wohner.
