She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Adkins and Carol McGuire Adkins. She is survived by: her husband Steve Fitch; her children, Brandon Kelly, Caitlyn Kelly, Amber Mellick, Cassie Moore and Steven Fitch; and her grandchildren, Mason Kelly, Sadie Miller, Harley Miller and Walker Kelly.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fitch Cemetery (2720 Brushy Creek Rd, Blaine, KY 41124).
