He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennie Ross and Elizabeth Chaffin Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Mona Roberts Chaffin; his children, Keith Chaffin (Dina) and Jennifer Patrick (Doug Perry); his grandchildren, Wesley Chaffin (Sahar), Cody Patrick and Megan Ritchie (Brett); his great grandchildren, Simon Ross Patrick and Layla Cain Chaffin; his sister Effie Louise Short; and his cousins, Denver Chaffin and Jack Priode. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Louisa Free Will Baptist Church Building Fund.
