She is survived by : her children, Ronald Dean Butcher (Teresa), Connie Clay (Phillip) and Patty Clay (Rick); her sisters, Darlene Ward, Dolly Arrowood and Karen Ward; and her friend Karen Parks. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
