He was predeceased by: his wife Andrea; and his father Charles Mattingly. He is survived by: his mother Mary Mattingly (Swenck); his children, Tara Crook (Hank) and Allyson Gant (Jeff); his grandchildren, Kaden, Jocelyn, Chloe, Kailey and Jacob; and his siblings, Chuck Mattingly (Barbara Greenwell) and Marlene Bryan (Ken). He is also survived by many extended family and loving friends.
Memorial Contributions in Alan's honor should be directed to Maple Grove Baptist Church or The American Cancer Society.
