He was predeceased by: his parents, David Elkins and Jeanette Elkins of Louisville, Kentucky.; and his brother David Elkins. He is survived by: his children, Jason Dover (Brittany) and Kayleigh Elkins; and his sisters, Debby Elkins (Robert) and Melissa Barnes (Ricky).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Homes - Dixie Highway (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216).
