He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Lewis and Edna Lance Lewis; and his brother Virgil Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Betty Prater Lewis; his daughter Beth Glass; his grandchildren, Caleb, Meghan, Max, Cameron and Aubrey Glass; and his sister Myra Cantrell.
